Pediatric Associates - River City

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kaitlyn Lemes Albrecht! After recently moving to the area, it was very easy to get my child scheduled for his well-child check. The entire visit was quick and efficient. Dr. Albrecht was kind, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionists at the front desk and the nurse were also incredibly welcoming and kind. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with the care my child received!

Ive never experienced a easy or good time with this company no matter the location. It's infuriating. My kid needs to be seen soon not a month from now. Never can reach the office always the call center. Wait times on office at north side and river city are horrible when you have small children three hrs at the doctors office isn't a decent experience. Anytime dealing with this company there's no consideration for costumer service 😒 government paid and acts accordingly. God forbid we treat people like people. I spend more time in an er bc my kids doctors office is awful. Do better.

Wait Times are horrible! Just found out today they won’t give any grace period For their appointments For parents, which is crazy, especially people who have newborns or younger children. Then they still have you waiting in their office for an hour and Then you still have to wait when you get back to the room.

This clinic provides poor overall service. The front desk staff failed to understand how an accident affected my arrival time, even after I informed them. They assured me I would be admitted, but when I arrived, they refused to see my baby. The staff explained that Dr. Albrecht declined to see my children for a wellness check and only saw one sick baby. The room they assigned us to was inadequate—no sink, small, and less comfortable than other empty rooms, with no patients in the waiting area or nearby rooms. The front desk lady was against me and changed her story from 'the physician didn't want to see the girls' to 'managers and staff didn't want to see the girls.' This is the worst clinic among all Pediatric Associates. I have been with Pediatric Associates at Town Center and Bartram Park since 2018, when I had my first child, and I am very disappointed.
