Pediatric Associates of Jacksonville, PA

Truly the best pediatric office. They are so great about working you in when you have a sick kid and need to be seen. We have seen a lot of the providers and they are all great but we especially love Brooke and Kelley. They are both so incredible with kids and make sick visits feel easier . We are so happy to have them as our pediatrician.

The staff was very kind. We got there early and didn’t have to wait long. The staff made my daughter feel comfortable. The office/exam rooms were very clean. The doctor answered all of my questions/concerns. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I never leave negative reviews so for me to spend the time speaks volumes. My 10yr old son was a patient of Dr O from infancy to 9yo. She used to offer functional testing (pay out of pocket) at our visits which I loved and no longer does that unless you move to her self-pay Dr O care where she accepts no insurance. Every time we saw her she told me she needs us to move to that side. I had no desire because there are so many better functional doctors out there and if I am going to pay thousands it will be to them, not her. She acted offended when she learned I did testing with another functional Dr when I was at one of our appointments. I tried to make an appt about 4 months later and instead received a letter to find a new provider with no explanation. It was laughable. It was a struggle to get his medical records as the portal was shut down with no notice. I had to practically beg for my own sons medical records. I had her cell phone and finally got a phone call about his records when I sent her a message saying she was classless. I know it was her ego that couldn’t take it. She is scattered, talks fast, and is all over the place. She makes you wait at least an hour at each appt. Shame on me for not leaving on my own. Her own staff said there is so much turn over there and it is not a good place to work. Dr. O was great 9 years ago. Today she greedy and overrated. So many better doctors out there. We moved to Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics and the doctor there is amazing.
