  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Pediatric Associates is terrible, and we do not recommend this practice. The only reason my family stayed with this office as long as we did was because of Dr. Hamilton and Sasha—they both deserve 10 stars. We have been patients since the Family Care Partners days 13 years, and the difference since the new partnership has been night and day. The new system is beyond frustrating. Communication is terrible, getting clear answers is nearly impossible, and you can no longer call the office directly to speak with someone who actually works there. Instead, you’re routed to an overseas call center where it’s often difficult to communicate, and messages are passed back and forth without anything ever getting resolved. The final straw was trying to get my son’s ADHD medication prescribed correctly. After calling daily for nearly two weeks and giving clear instructions multiple times, the prescription was repeatedly sent with the wrong directions and quantity. As a result, my son went two weeks without his afternoon medication because of errors that should never have happened. Now that Dr. Hamilton is out, we’re finally leaving this terrible office. It’s heartbreaking because she was an exceptional physician who truly cared about her patients, but the new practice (Owners) itself is disorganized, frustrating, and incredibly difficult to work with. I genuinely hope major changes are made because families deserve much better. Until then, I cannot recommend Pediatric Associates to anyone.
