Dr. Albrecht and the entire office are truly exceptional! We were greeted by a warm, welcoming environment and a caring, friendly staff who genuinely make families feel comfortable. Dr. Albrecht is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to make both parents and children feel heard and cared for. We feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing pediatrician and team. Thank you for all that you do, keep up the great work!
On Thursday, May 14, I visited the office and was disappointed with the front desk staff. The three white ladies seemed inattentive, engaging in conversations about patients' facial signs and laughing while using their phones. After waiting for almost an hour, I did not receive assistance. My daughter required attention due to coughing and vomiting, but they instructed me to reschedule another appointment, speaking to me disrespectfully.
Our family loves Dr. Albrecht. We have been with him since my son was born. He is a phenomenal pediatrician and the staff are also great. We’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Mahboob and she was great as well.
Wonderful office 20/10! Dr.Albrecht is a literal breath of fresh air in a world where we are stifled, his comforting tone, amazing manners and true love for the children shows in every action. Love it!😍
