Uneducated associates with no knowledge of billing or medical needs for children. Only want your money and will recommend unnecessary procedures such as reading an eye chart for a 2 year old. I didn’t know my 2 year old was supposed know letters at that age. And unnecessary urine tests on healthy 4 year old girls who are not traumatised by the process.
