Love this place. So easy to get an appointment. Front office staff is always so kind, and so are all the nurses & doctors! I’ve been taking my children here for over a year.. yes sometimes I am left waiting in the waiting room & even in the examination room. But I have found that if I make an early appointment AND show up early my children are seen and we are out the door supper quick. This office can get super busy in the afternoon. EVERYONE makes an effort to make sure we’re not waiting too long, but sometimes they are busy and I get that. I never see anyone just standing around, there is absolutely a sense of urgency and I very much appreciate that. My children do not get sick often, so I am not in the office on a regular basis BUT the doctors & nurses do remember me & my children which is so incredibly wonderful. My oldest is 11 and I’ve never experienced that at any other office. Great place! Worth the drive (& sometimes the time). 10/10 would recommend.
We absolutely love this place, my brother and I came here throughout our childhood and now I bring my baby boy here. Nothing but good experiences, great people and great doctors. Very homey feeling and always available for anything we need. 10/10 recommend
I can not stress enough how absolutely filthy and run down this office is. This place shouldn’t even be operating. The dirt was caked on the walls, table, floors and door. Not to mention the dirty trashcan in the exam room.
Great experience every time! The pediatrician is caring, attentive, and takes the time to address all my concerns without making me feel rushed. The front desk staff and medical assistants are also amazing (shout out to front desk Ms. Gilda and MA Ms. Viola)—always friendly, organized, and helpful with scheduling. Highly recommend!
Ive been taking my boys to the Argyle location for 16-17 years now. The staff there have always been so nice & helpful. Also the times ive had the pleasure of having Dr. Rendon for their check ups he's been so great, takes his time to listen not making us feel rushed, goes above and beyond to help anyway he can & to make us feel comfortable. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in the years we've been going. Thank you Everyone keep up the good work 😊
