Peak Performance Post-Rehab and Personal Training

This review may be dated, as I had knee replacement surgery 6 years ago. Amir was my physical therapist then, even though he was working for a different service. I couldn't have been more fortunate to have Amir as my therapist. He is an outstanding therapist and today my knee is still in great shape, and I don't think that would have been possible without Amir's help and guidance. Thank you again for your help and guidance.

After successful completion of physical therapy at Advance Rehab it was recommended that continue my fitness journey with personal training at Peak Performance. I'm not going to lie...it was really intimidating at first! However, Stormy (the owner) and her team make everyone feel welcome and supported. She develops customized plans and makes sure that each client receives individual attention/oversight as needed. After four months I can honestly say I'm feeling such a huge difference in strength, flexibility, and agility! Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Stormy and the staff of Peak Performance for saving me and my family a great deal of money.  It has been three and half years since I have had to schedule any physical therapy sessions due to the efforts and guidance of the Peak training staff (in the preceding fifteen years, I found myself needing physical therapy every other year, at a minimum, for some injury or age-related ailment like arthritis, etc). Moreover, I have found them all to be insightful, helpful and very patient with beginners like me who have never participated in any prior form of strength or endurance training. My personal trainer Stormy, who is also the owner of Peak performance has changed my life. I was not able to touch my toes pick anything up without pain.
