I cannot say enough how much I love P&P. They truly exceed my expectations every single time and always create such a luxurious, welcoming experience. Paula is my go-to girl and never fails to amaze me with her incredible nail art. She pays close attention to every inspiration photo I show her and always strives to bring my vision to life. In the past, I have had problems with retention and nails popping off — but never here. My sets always last, and the quality is unmatched. Paul is always so friendly and personable, and he’s just as talented. Whenever Paula is booked, I know I’m in great hands with him too. They make every appointment so much fun—we’re always laughing, and you can tell how much they genuinely care about their clients. The entire team deserves recognition, too. Anthony is always so kind and welcoming when you call or walk in, Jessie is the sweetest, and everyone there makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. It’s one of those places where you genuinely look forward to your appointment because of the people just as much as the nails. I absolutely love having P&P as a part of my routine— I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve recommended them to so many friends, and they all love it just as much as I do. Whether you’re looking for a simple, classic set or intricate nail art, they truly excel at everything. I can’t recommend Paul and Paula’s Luxury Nails enough!
I walked in for the first time for my wedding nails which kinds of risky but took the risk because of friends refer. I was not disappointed at all. The nails was absolutely beautiful. The tech was very knowledgeable and she listened to what I wanted. This is totally my go to nails salon from now. Highly recommended!
I was looking for a new nail salon and was recommended by other moms to try this place out. I got a manicure (acrylic with sns powder), gel pedicure, and eyebrow thread. I was very pleased with the tech who did my feet and my eyebrows. I originally asked for wax but she convinced me to do threading instead! She did an amazing job. I was also pleased with the manicure, until the following day when I found tiny bumps on my middle finger which I think could be contact dermatitis. I've done SNS powder while getting acrylics in the past (for a few years now) and not once had this happen before. Please see photos for reference. When I called, I believe I spoke to the owner who asked me to come back in so they can take a look. She was very understanding. Unfortunately I dont live close to the salon, but most likely will not return.
My daughter, mother in law and myself visited Paul and Paula's today 8/8/2026. It was our second time here and yet again, they did not disappoint. My daughter is 8 years old and showed Jessie a photo of what she wanted done to her nails. Jessie really took her time and made them look just like the photos. Which is hard because her nails are so tiny. I really appreciate the time she took and patience. We were all very satisfied with our experiences but I am amazed at Jessie's skill and talent. Everyone in there is so nice, friendly and accommodating. This is the only place we will be getting our manis and pedis done in the future. I recommend them to all! UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star from my review. My gel manicure started chipping, on multiple nails, right around one week after our services. I don't get my nails done often so this is very disappointing.
Kenia was my technician today and she was amazing. She did a great job on my nails, she also had great conversation and accommodated my little one that I had with me. Kim was the technician for my pedicure and she did amazing as well. I came in and was instantly greeted and sat in a chair. I told them I had to be out by a certain time and they ensured that I was out by that time but I didn’t feel rushed on my set at all. Definitely will be coming back!
