Patty is a breath of fresh air. She makes the process smooth and enjoyable. Not only is she easy to be around, but she is extremely attentive to detail and ahead of things for her clients. It was a pleasure working with her on a recent home purchase where she represented the buyers.
If you're looking for realtor Patty is your gal! She is wonderful and very professional. One of the best realtors I've ever worked with. If you're on the fence look no further you found your realtor!! Patty is extremely knowledgeable and a great negotiator. She's also personable and fun and you'll enjoy your time with her. Whether you're new to the buying business or have done this over and over she's definitely who you want to use.
I'm a first time home buyer and I knew literally nothing about the buying process. Patty was extremely helpful and was able to explain everything very clearly. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions. I was kept in the loop for the entire process and help was always offered when I needed it. The people she recommended (mortgage, inspections, etc.) were great as well. Overall a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone buying a house, first time or otherwise.
Working with Patty Jones as her transaction coordinator has been an absolute pleasure. Patty is not only incredibly kind and easy to work with, but she’s also one of the most determined agents I’ve had the opportunity to support. She consistently goes above and beyond to get the job done and make sure her clients are taken care of every step of the way. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail make every transaction smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Patty to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent!
Patty is amazing! Do not hesitate to use her. She was so helpful from the beginning to the end of the process!
