Patriot Pups is a God-send to Baker County. Ms Jenni is so sweet and kind with our little pup. He always loves going to see her and he is so handsome and happy when he is done. She is so professional and has the absolute best heart for all pets. She goes above and beyond for the dogs of Baker County (I have seen it with my own eyes). Outstanding Grooming Experience at Patriot Pups! I cannot recommend Patriot Pups enough! I have a 15-year-old Shih Tzu named Misty, who has arthritis and requires extra care and gentleness during grooming. In the past, we’ve struggled to find groomers who truly understand the needs of an elderly dog. That all changed when we found Patriot Pups. The owner was not only incredibly nice and personable but also handled Misty with such care and compassion. For the first time ever, Misty left the groomer happy and relaxed instead of anxious or stressed. It’s clear that the team at Patriot Pups truly cares about the well-being of their furry clients. On top of the exceptional care, Misty’s cut was absolutely perfect! They did an amazing job, and she looks adorable. I’ve never been more impressed with a grooming experience, and I’m so grateful to have found a place that treats Misty like family. Thank you, Patriot Pups, for going above and beyond. You’ve earned a lifelong customer in us!
She is AMAZING, So sweet and kind. My poor baby HONEY had to have all of his hair shaved off due to Matt's and tangles.As I was bathing and blow drying him, I only made it worse. She showed me how to brush and comb his hair the right way..I'm so grateful to her and will be taking Honey regularly from now on. Great Service!!!!!!
Patriot pups is such a wonderful place to have your fur baby groomed. Jenni Day is so sweet and loving to your dog, she treats them like her own. Always friendly, well maintained, and clean. Your dog will love the kindness and care she gives to them. They will love to come back again and again!!!
I have a rehomed chiweenie who is not socialized so she is difficult to have groomed, vet checked etc. I took her to Patriot Pups and Jenni amazed me with her loving, patient, and vast knowledge on dog behavior. She took time with my lil girl, taking baby steps to win her confidence. If I wasn't sitting there I would have never believed how in an hour she won over my frightened dog so that Tiny allowed her to trim her nails. If I could rate this business higher than a 5, I would.
