It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone when you call. I have left multiple messages and never have gotten a call back. Would not recommend this doctors office. Over all very poor customer service and experience with myself as a patient.
I love Dr. Bunyi and I’ve been going to him for years, but his front office is the worst! I was in a car accident with bruises and broken ribs and was told to follow up with my primary doctor. So I called the office and told them what happened and they scheduled me. The day of my appointment rolls around and they tell me they can’t see for car accident injuries and they “made a mistake” scheduling me and not referring me out. So now I’m 2 more days behind on getting treatment. I’m having trouble breathing and walking is agony. I needed to be seen or sent the the right place the first time I called so I could get x-rays and a doctors note, but they’re not competent enough to correctly do their jobs. When I expressed my concern to the women who called me she was extremely dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about the situation their incompetence put me in. As much as I love the doc it’s time to find a new primary.
Everyone was very friendly and w welcoming Mrs Wendy and the other young lady in the office was great. I can't remember the one ladies name.. I wish I did. Cause both her and Wendy deserve recognition. For going above and beyond and providing exceptional service. Dr Bunyi is one of the best physicians in Jacksonville. He is patient, understanding and very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.. Great service all the way around. From the time you arrive and leave. Our Doctor is always attentive. We appreciate Dr. Bunyi's commitment to our health and well-being, and we feel confident under his care. He treats us like family.
Doc is caring and very understanding of my needs. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. He listens to my concerns deals with them . I feel like he goes to extreme measures on test and procedures to find what's going on. I am confident in his hands, no need to worry. I know I didn't word this right but I feel secure with Dr bunny by my side. Thank you Dr Bunyi!! .
