1 star is too much. Zero stars is accurate. The absolute worst pool company I've ever come across. I've owned 10+ pools in my lifetime and these guys should not be in business. I've paid for weekly service for 5+ years and if they've shown up and actually cleaned the pool 40 of 52 weeks a year that would be a lot. My pool has been out of service for 3 months because they claim they couldn't access generally available Pentair parts. During that time they stopped cleaning the pool though they charged me for it. Last Friday the told me it was fixed and I should jump in. They replaced Pentair hardware for which I never got a quote and never approved the price. I went to go in the pool Saturday and it's green with slime on all the walls and the filter is not working properly. Do not hire this company. This photo is the pool 2 days after they "fixed it" and said "jump in". I did. The only clean part on the bottom is from my feet removing the slime.
As a realtor, I see homes of all shapes and sizes, but few experiences compare to working with Parry Pools. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to every detail. They guided me through the process with clear communication, ensuring that the design and construction exceeded expectations. The quality of their work is evident in every aspect of the finished pool—it’s beautiful, functional, and adds tremendous value to the home.
