In addition to searching for a new cleaners in the area, I also needed a new sew suit tailored within two days for a wedding. After doing some online research and coming across Park Place Cleaners, I gave them a call upon seeing how incredible all of the reviews were. After experiencing their service for myself, the reviews were all spot on! Susan is absolutely AMAZING! I brought the suit in that day and she had me try it on and got all of my measurements exactly how I wanted them. I especially appreciated how personable and outgoing she was, telling me how much she loved the teal color of the suit and that I should buy more similar off-the-rack suits. Her conversation and warm personality made all the difference! Despite the quick turnaround that I needed, she managed to have the suit fully tailored and dry cleaned in less than 48 hours! Susan and Park Place Cleaners are hands down the best and I won't be stepping foot in any other cleaners after my delightful experience with them! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

1. The owners are very nice people, very pleasant, very professional. They make you look forward to going. 2. I had a suit tailored. Jacket, slacks, and shirt all had to be altered. Measuring process was simple and quick. I did not have the opportunity to try it on afterwards at the shop, and I risked it. When I put the suit on at the wedding, absolute perfection. The craftsmanship of the new hems was top notch. Everything was tailored to the style i requested, and the measurements were spot on. I have had some nice tailored suits over the years, and this is the best work I have seen. Pricing was fantastic. 3. If you have a stain, and they say they can clean it, rest assured, that stain is history. We drive about an hour just to go here. They are that good and reliable.

Highly recommend this dry cleaning service! What really stood out wasn’t just the quality of their work, but their exceptional customer service. I was running late and still about an hour away, and they were kind enough to wait for me without any hesitation. That level of understanding and professionalism is rare these days. My clothes came out perfectly cleaned and pressed, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience stress-free. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!

What a great family-owned business! The staff is always friendly and the service is excellent. This was my third time coming to Park Place Cleaners for alterations and each time I’ve been so happy with the results. This time I brought in a dress with very intricate detailing on the fabric (pictured below). I was nervous about getting it hemmed, but when I tried it on, she knew exactly what needed to be done to make it fit better on me. She paid so much attention to detail - was so careful and gentle with the fabric, and not to mention, she completed the alterations in less than a week! I will continue to return for any of my future alterations/dry cleaning needs and be recommending to others as well. I appreciate all the hard work!! 😊
