I had an amazing experience with the students, they are genuinely so dedicated to learning and providing the best possible services to people. However, there were some significant pricing discrepancies between their website and in-salon prices. I was surprised to be quoted double the price I saw online. I would still recommend going, but definitely clarify prices before showing up.

I came in about a week ago, and after a small misunderstanding, she immediately took the time to comfort me and explain the situation. Her understanding and personal approach gave me peace of mind and left me with such a positive outlook. With over 26 years of experience in the hair care industry, Ms. Michelle has brought so much knowledge, technique, compassion, and genuine care to the beauty school in such a short time. It’s truly inspiring to see the positive transformation she has created. What I love most is her caring personality and the way she makes people feel heard, valued, and comfortable. Her professionalism and compassion truly stand out. I’m grateful to have met her and look forward to seeing all the wonderful things she continues to bring to the school. ❤️

I enrolled in this school with high expectations and genuinely wanted to have a positive experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout the program, there were frequent distractions that took away from valuable instructional time. Communication was often inconsistent, and there were occasions when instructors were absent or unavailable without clear communication or adequate replacement instruction. I also felt that the classroom environment was not always conducive to learning. At times, interactions with instructors felt more focused on authority than education, and I did not feel consistently supported as a student. There were also numerous conversations during class that were unrelated to the curriculum, including discussions about politics and other personal topics, which I did not feel were appropriate in a professional educational setting. The reality is that I learned more through independent practice, online educational resources, and personal study than I did during many of my classroom hours. While I appreciate the instructors who genuinely cared and made an effort to teach, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for the tuition I paid. I understand others may have had a different experience, and I respect that. This review reflects only my own experience as a student. It is not written out of spite, but because I believe honest feedback is important for prospective students making a significant financial investment. If the school chooses to respond, I hope they address the concerns raised rather than dismiss them, because constructive feedback is one of the best opportunities any educational institution has to improve. If you’re considering enrolling, I encourage you to visit the school, ask detailed questions about the learning environment, instructor availability, communication, and how classroom time is managed. Based on my experience, I personally do not feel the education I received was worth the investment.

I had an AWESOME massage from IZZY. She was very professional with her massage, not too light or hard with her hands. She has a great technique for a massage therapy student. Would definitely recommend her for a relaxing massage. She will be great in the real world. EMILY gave me an AWESOME haircut as well. She was very professional and she cut my hair exactly as I explained and it turned out great. Both students were Awesome at what they do. Please make sure both young ladies get their Bucks.
