We had an excellent experience working with Kalpesh and the team. When my wife and I were buying our first home, we were assisted in every single step, which made the entire process smooth and timely. I recommend working with Kalpesh and his team, as they are highly knowledgeable, professional, efficient and overall the best in the business.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kalpesh and his team. He helped us through our entire experience when my husband and I were buying our first home. He ran numbers with us, being available 24/7 and we wouldn’t be in our home without him and his team. We highly recommend using him if you have mortgage needs, I know this won’t be the last time we work with him!
KJP is an awesome company. He guides you into right direction regarding the use of your assets while buying a property. He calls you at your convince and work fast with precision. Buying house can be overwhelming especially first time buyers since it is a longer process that requires many things; however, i did not feel stress. I highly recommend him for purchasing home.
KJ Parikh made my home buying process so simple. He patiently worked with me while I scramble through all my documents. He took my mess, compiled it perfectly, and got me the lowest interest rate available in the market. My entire family and I have worked with KJ in the past and will continue working with him in the future. Highly recommend him.
KJ Parikh was awesome! He helped us out late in the process and was able to get us the best interest rate available. More importantly, he navigated with all the other people involved in closing our house to perfection. KJ is extremely hardworking and always available at any hour of the day to answer our questions and put us at ease. Trust him completely. Highly recommend him.
