I don't usually leave reviews but the service I received from Paragon was exceptional. It started with the estimate process with Luigi. He listened to my concerns and shared good feedback, he was awesome. Pedro and Gustavo did the Demo and Tile. They were on time every day and worked until they ran out of daylight. My pool area was cleaned every day of debris, and the tile work was excellent. Tempool did the shell and it turned out beautifully. Mike did an awesome job converting my pool controller to Wi-Fi and getting all my equipment to function properly. Michelle always answered the phone pleasantly and took care of my concerns. Michelle is Awesome ! Casey is the Owner / Project Mgr. He was a pleasure to work with and made several trips to check on the construction. I would no issue at all recommending Paragon Pools to anyone needed to refurbish their pool.
East to make appointment with Michelle who is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The techs arrived as scheduled and were also very friendly, knowledgeable and customer driven. Overall it has been a very pleasurable experience and my pool is back to looking great. Paragon Pools has done an outstanding job! After and before photos
Paragon Pools of Jacksonville, FL did an outstanding transformation of our pool. Their craftsmanship, professionalism and communication was outstanding! They delivered on everything we asked for. They were easy to work with and did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want. Excellent service at an excellent price! We are so happy with our pool! You made our summer happy!
A full pool remodel can be a scary thing when you think about the investment and the timeline. But I have to say, Paragon really made this whole process a cake-walk. They were super transparent, fast to respond, honest, and did absolute quality work. Our pool looks incredible, we were done in
I put a considerable amount of research into many of our pool renovation companies. This company promises fair prices, quick service and open communications. Paragon pools provided a quick response for pricing, a fair price, 3 week renovation turn around all just as promised. I would suggest if your looking for pool renovation I would give them a try our pool looks better than its ever has.
