Palms Presbyterian Church

This a wonderful and friendly church. The music in the services is outstanding and the sermon messages are right on target.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences as a professional contractor I have ever had in 15 years. I deliver bounce houses and today on June 7th 2024, I delivered a 22-ft water slide to this church and daycare. The setup and drop off went amazing but when I returned my unit was badly damaged, The electric blower that is used to inflate it had a burnt out plug as well as the extension cord that I used. My bounce house had its hoses ripped out from the mesh on top and the preceding damage made the unit unusable on one side with water. I found a piece of my hose laying in the corner of the field, looking like it had been trampled and twisted beyond recognition. I promptly went inside to calmly and professionally talk to Miss PAM TITLOW, which was my contact and was told that I can deal with it with my boss and that she doesn't care. I told her that he is a very busy man and that I can be a messenger and her response to that was "to get out now and don't come back." I have tons and tons of pictures of evidence as well as pictures of tools that was used to vandalize my unit. To say the very least, this was a very unprofessional experience and one that I never will want to have again with this company person or entity of religion. If it was possible to give negative stars I would. To employ someone as rude and as self-centered as that, especially in a customer service position is horrendous. And the fact that it's a church is even sadder when one of the biggest values is to "respect thy neighbor" As A fellow member of religion. I strongly believe that, the Lord, Will reward those who work hard with fruits of their labor, while sinners and dejects will suffer in their own demise.

Great church with a wonderful music program. It was disappointing that today, Mother's Day, so little attention was placed on mothers. Acknowledging mothers only one day a year for all they do is too little. It would have been nice to have appreciation given to them from the pulpit not just the closing prayer. I'm biased, I was blessed with an amazing mother who is still missed after 15 years!!
