I will admit it was a ROUGH start getting approved and in the door. But after a trying start, the manager April reached out to me and made things right. That said a lot me. I had been trying to get a Cholesterol meds covered for 4 months with Anthem BC. It was horrible until I got the call that I was approved and scheduled within a week. I had my firat injection today and the staff at the OP office were absolutely gracious and so very kind and knowledgeable. Go ahead give them a try. You wont regret it from what I have seen this far.
Easy in and out and very quick service.
The staff and service at this location was great, my issue was with the process of getting in and billing, which were done through office in South Carolina I believe. Took about 2 weeks after the referral was sent for them to send approval request to my insurance, when I called, the main office was rude to me and claimed they were waiting on my insurance to approve it, but my insurance approves things very quickly and they informed me they didn't have a request, I also confirmed by viewing requests online. Once my doctor called them, they finally sent the request. Then they quoted me wrong amount saying $29 a visit for 5 visits instead of $90. Then they only gave me credit for 2 of the 5 payments that I made, I had to reach out to get that corrected. Main office wasted so much of my time that I really didn't have to waste with everything else going on in my life. I would give this location 5 stars and main office a 0.
it was a good experience . Fast efficient caring. it’s sparking clean and the people are great .
