Dr. Adams is a gem of a woman professionally and personally. She has always treated us with the most respect and care each and visit!! She is kind, attentive and has an amazing staff!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Adams while she was practicing at a local health office, and we were both really sad when she left. She was the only doctor we ever felt completely comfortable with! She has such a friendly demeanor—she listens to you and really takes the time to address all your questions without ever making you feel rushed. We were so excited when we heard she was opening her own practice! What we love most is that she only prescribes medication when it’s truly necessary, which we really appreciate. Plus, she always comes up with smart suggestions when we ask for advice. On top of that, we recently learned that she specializes in peptides and holistic approaches, both of which I'm a huge fan of! It’s amazing to know she can do it all! I just wanted to share this in case anyone is on the lookout for a primary care provider who truly cares about their patients and takes a well-rounded approach to health. Dr. Adams is fantastic, and I'm sure you'd feel just as comfortable with her as we do!

Ya'll, this woman cares! She looked me in the face and said, "Call me Sarah, and I am going to help you." AND SHE DELIVERED! Nothing has been straightforward; I am 50 with early-onset perimenopause, or so they tried to tell me years ago. But not Dr. Adams. She is honest, open, interested, progressive, and above all, compassionate. Highly recommend!

Dr Adams helped me with my surgery recovery, and helped me to get back on my feet! With guidance and proper education, I was able to improve my blood work dramatically and my performance in the gym!
