Not enough people take the time to write good reviews so let me just say I’ve lived here for 4 years now, never had rent increased. They run deals on storage and garages occasionally so wait for that. The amenities have greatly improved in the time being here. The staff is always so friendly and quick to complete maintenance requests - huge shout out to RosSean for always taking care of us! And all the maintenance crew I see your hard work and it’s appreciated! Wish the kids park had a little more going on but other than that I will be genuinely sad when it’s time to move out of here. Thank you Palm Bay Club :)
Dickie was very helpful when we toured the apartment I live in right now. It has been a great experience. Best highlight is the amenities. The Gym and Pool are great! It’s a wonderful community to live in.
We have been at Palm Bay for the last 2 years and now transferring to a different building here at Palm Bay with the great help of Sarah! She has truly been such an amazing help , and making everything go very smoothe in this process!!!
Sarah was super helpful and kind to me as I was needing to move urgently. She made a hard transition for me go smooth and easy. I got the keys right away! I am loving my apartment so far as well as the amenities!
Moved from out of state to Palm Bay Club without knowing anything of the area (or Florida), the grounds were so pristine and the staff so nice when I visited that I decided to take the leap and move here. It's been amazing, I use the dog park almost everyday. The staff, especially Tyler and Melissa have been amazing, when I did need to put in a work order it was responded to so quickly and the maintenance crew is so friendly and knowledgeable. The large floor plan, screened lanai and how close we are to the beach and St Augustine make this place perfect for me. I've been here 3 months and have not heard any neighbors while inside the apartment, very peaceful and quiet.
