⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen was absolutely incredible. The food was full of authentic flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. The portions were generous, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. You can truly taste the passion behind every dish. Made completely FRESH! Easily a must-visit spot—I’ll definitely be back.
AMAZING!!!! Our first time coming here. And will definitely come back when in the Jacksonville area. Hands down recommend. From the drinks to the service and food. It was all super good. Ordered a sampler plate to go. I was stuffed. Even my one year old enjoyed his rice and beans with grilled chicken. Thank you Dayana for the excellent service. Even though everyone there was very polite and pleasant. 🇵🇷❤️🥰👏
Authentic Puerto Rican culinary experience for the tastebuds right in Westside Jacksonville. Casual dining. Excellent food with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. My personal favorite- mofungo- smashed green plantains with the perfect smidgen of garlic. Prices land around $25 per person including tip. But leave with a happy belly, full heart & leftovers. Perfect for a special occasion- like an anniversary.
First time dining at Palermo's, and it won't be the last! Service was wonderful, and food was incredible! We both had the chicken stuffed with sweet plantains, accompanied by sautéed veggies, mashed potatoes, and rice and beans. Finished the meal with the flan and tres leches (which were perfectly prepared and not too sweet). Didn't get a pic of the desserts, because we enjoyed them too quickly! So glad to have found this hidden gem!
Today my dad turns "75" years old. I am happy to thank GOD for allowing me to celebrate with him. Dad wanted to come to Palermo and I am so pleased with the food, service and how loved Dad felt on this day!!! Thank you Palermo for making this day so special.
