I’m updating my review after a recent visit because my experience was much better, and I wanted to give credit where it’s due. After discussing the issues I had with the longevity of my previous dip manicures, the owner took the time to explain that the particular product and color combination I had chosen may not have been the best fit for my nails. She walked me through some alternative options and helped me select a different color and product that would provide better durability. I really appreciated the personalized attention and expertise. Rather than simply redoing my nails, she took the time to understand the problem and recommend a solution. The appointment never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident that we had found a better option. The level of customer service and commitment to quality really stood out to me. It’s clear they care about their clients and want them to leave happy with their results. I’m grateful they took my concerns seriously and worked with me to find a solution. Because of that experience, I’ll definitely be returning and look forward to future appointments.
10/10 service and atmosphere. I can’t recommend this salon enough! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Alina twice now and she is truly an artist! Love this salon. Highly recommended 😊

First time client and Alina and Sky have exceeded my expectations. Came into this salon without an appointment with my botched nails from Le Dream Nails in St. John’s. Alina didn’t hesitate to offer her expertise and a solution. she left me in good hands with her amazing technician, Sky. Sky took her time and removed the thick layers of nails that were left from the previous salon. She listened to my concerns and did my nails exactly how I like them. If you are looking for a salon- look no further! Make that appointment and let Alina and her team take care of you. Sky you literally saved me 😊
My girl ALINA DID THIS!!! 😍 Alina did this acrylic set free handed without any hesitation! I showed her a picture for context of roughly what I wanted and she created it and made it even better! Ive been coming to Palencia Nail & Spa for a couple of months now and every time Alina delivers! She is funny, creative, and gets just as excited as you for a cute set! Go get your Christmas sets! I also get my pedicures done here and I have to say everyone is beyond sweet and do an amazing job! Thank you all!! 😁❤️
