I had an excellent experience with Palencia Dental and couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From my first visit through the completion of my treatment, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job with my dental work. I received my dental treatment through the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund (WVRF), and I am especially grateful to Dr. Kinsey and the entire Palencia Dental team for partnering with WVRF to provide much-needed dental care to Veterans. Their commitment to Veterans is more than words—I personally experienced it. Thank you to Dr. Kinsey and everyone at Palencia Dental for the excellent care and for giving back to the Veteran community. Palencia Dental offered me a very welcoming environment. I called them for an emergency visit on 4/27/26, and they were able to get me on their schedule almost immediately. Every staff member I interacted with with was extremely friendly and professional. A staff member named Autumn was especially kind and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience; which can be difficult for someone like myself who gets very nervous going ro the dentist. Dr. Kinsey was phenomenal. She took her time to make sure that my emergency was taken care of and made sure I understood every option available to meet my individual dental needs in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Palencia Dental to anyone seeking a place to care for their dental health needs.
Katy is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for someone who actually takes the time to thoroughly clean your teeth, Katy is the one. She pays attention to every little detail and makes sure everything is perfectly clean before you leave. She is professional and truly cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend Katy for your next dental cleaning!
I had a first time visit at Palencia Dental. Ashamed to admit, it has been many years since I've been to see a dentist. But it was an amazing experience. Kati my Hygienist is a god send. Having learned my fears, she was gentle but diligent in removing the built up tartar on my teeth. Could not believe the difference. The whole staff treated me in a friendly but professional manner. Kati has made it so I'm not fearful of my future visits. Ginger
I spend over 18 years in the dental industry calling on dental labs selling processes and materials. I learned quickly some dentists are simply at a higher level through continuing education, learning how to apply those processes and materials. This is the reason my wife and I see Dr. Kinsey for regular dental care. She and her staff are excellent.
