Palencia Cleaners

As a local resident to the community here at Palencia my family relies on this wonderful establishment for all of our needs. We feel welcomed as not only customers, we feel welcomed as if we matter! It is a highlight of my routine to stop by and support them. In reality they are supporting us with fair prices and exceptional results. We have been in the community for about a decade now.

I've been a loyal customer for about 12 years. Always been treated like family with personal and professional service. Never had an issue with any of my clothing. Highly recommend Palencia Cleaners to anyone!!!

Brought in a brand new white dress for dry cleaning along with some other items. 80-90 dollar dress is ruined. Was not dry cleaned properly at all. Damaged the dress all over. Left a voicemail as business is closed. I hope they will make it right (refund and comp) for the damaged dress. I’m not holding my breath now that I’m reading the reviews. Other item had holes in it!! Seriously people. And all the items were more wrinkled than when I brought them. They had hid the two damaged items behind one neatly presented item. So I didn’t notice until I unbagged everything this evening. They charge way too much for dry cleaning for this level of service. It was 53 dollars. Had they not been able to handle such items, they should have at least said something. Do not bring anything here!!!! Please as consumers we need to stick together and demand that shody businesses don’t take advantage of us. Drive somewhere else. But don’t let these types of places stay in business. I’m really getting fed up by the quality around here.

Amazing family that runs this business. This is a perfect example of mom and pops and how they are the backbone of the American economy. This small business is amazing and there prices are more than fair! I will definitely be going back for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs. Owners are super sweet and really care about their customers. Will recommend to all my of friends and family. I love the 2 piece blue set they fixed for me and I can now wear it with ease and confidence. They even had a very quick turn around time since I had an event I wanted to wear it to. Thank you!!
