Palace Pools Inc

Evan and team were very professional and a pleasure to work with during our pool building process. Listening and guiding us through our vision in the design studio, all the way through timely completion of the build, the Palace Pools team did great!

I signed my contract with Palace Pools July 2020. All I can say is WOW! I knew this was a big investment we were making and we wanted nothing but quality. Palace Pools exceeded our expectations! The sales person Tim was amazing. He took the time to meet with us to design a pool that we absolutely loved! After we signed the contract they went over everything with us so we knew what to expect. During the entire process they had great communication with us. They always answered any questions I had and the entire staff is very professional. Mike the owner of the company even stopped by to inspect the work done. That just shows the pride he takes with the work they do. Sam was amazing! He always answered any question I had and did so making me feel like a valued client. Al who did the pool school was incredible. He thoroughly went over anything I needed to know after our pool was completed. Even after the pool was done, the entire staff told me to please call if I have any questions or concerns. Palace Pools by far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a professional company that guarantees their work and take pride in the quality of work then Palace Pools is who you want. I included a before and after picture for you to see the amazing work!

I could have sworn I left a review a few years ago. I was just going to update mine but couldn't find it, so leaving a new one now. Palace pools is great! They did my pool about 3 years ago, and I have no complaints about that process. I am sure prices have gone up like every other thing in the world, but at the time their prices were very reasonable. 3 years later and there are no issues with their workmanship whatsoever. During this time, I have had 2 or 3 Pentair parts that were in warranty that needed replacing, which is a Pentair problem, not a Palace problem, but they are friendly and helpful, and get it looked at right away. Ashley who answers the phone and gets it all coordinated is also super friendly and helpful as well!

Great experience all the way through. Tim in sales was great. Nevin in construction was always ahead of schedule. Al in support has been incredible since install. Highly recommend!
