Pacetti Road Self Storage - St. Augustine

Best experience ever!!! Robert was great from the minute we walked in the door. He took us on a tour of the facility pointing out all the entrances, restrooms and locations of the units that fit the size we needed. After we rented the unit and brought things to put in the unit, Robert came out and greeted us and helped us with extra cart and actually pushed one to the unit for us. He is a great value added to your facility.

When I stopped by the facility in person Vicki did an amazing job at showing and telling the details of the facility with clear instructions and explanation of the pricing and sizes. Once I agreed later we were able to complete everything in just a few simple steps over the phone. Thank you Vicki for swiftly taking one thing off my plate during this high stress move.

When putting away our holiday decorations we discovered we didn't have enough room in our current unit. We were able to rent a larger unit online and on New Years Day. The process could not have been easier. Marty called us the next day to make sure we were taken care of. We appreciated the phone call from him. Access to our unit is so easy using the app on our phones. We now have a larger unit at a reasonable price.

I went to look for a unit with my sister and was greeted with a polite smile from Mrs. Vickie, who was able to assist us with something big enough to fit our things but still with in a reasonable price. Mrs. Vickie was kind and so helpful especially with breaking down the pricing and explaining everything!
