Beautiful Staff and clients treated with respect and family care. I grew up in Jax. BCH. I've always prayed to live long enough to be able to afford to move here Now it's time. I even have a friend whose as excited to see if we can make. This our new home.
2026 Update I moved into Pablo Towers (independent living) one year ago. My apartment (one-bedroom) is fabulous. The building is well maintained, and the management and on site teams are top-notch. They do have a cafe that operates Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch. They offer two main courses daily and side dishes to choose from. The price is extremely reasonable and it is open to the public. There is also a full laundry room, for the residents, that is affordably priced. It is a wonderful place to live. It does have a long waiting list, but take the time to apply and get on the list. If you are independent and want to live two blocks from the beach in the heart of Jacksonville Beach – I highly recommend Pablo Towers! Original review Pablo Towers is located right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. It is an independent living facility for seniors. The staff is very friendly and accessible. They do have a dining room on site. Transportation can be arranged through Dial A Ride to any location at the beach or to Mayo Clinic. I cannot wait to live there!
Need to be 65+. About a 3 year wait time. Easy access to the beach. The apartment complex is about 40 years old with 16 floors and 13 residents on each floor. Almost everyone knows each other . It is a very social apartment with many events throughout the week. There is breakfast and lunch served daily in the cafeteria, which costs about $5. The apartments are small. No dishwasher. Comes with walk in closet and large walk in storage room. If I were old I'd totally live here. Staff is very friendly and will know your name and greet you when you walk by.
Pablo Towers is a great living facility for those aging 62 and older. Every time we come to visit, the staff is very friendly and they truly care for their residents. They have an in-house cafe but their location is walking distance to multiple restaurants, a local grocery store, and a drug store. The towers are also only a block from the beach!
If you are considering this place for yourself, or if you have any input in a loved one's life that is considering living here, please don't do it or advise against it. Pablo Towers is not safe. The staff are incompetent and do not care about the residents at all. There needs to be a significant reexamination of security protocols. Jacksonville Beach, like the rest of the world, is Not the same place it once was. There seems to be no accountability and an irresponsible attitude toward residents' safety in many aspects.
