Ortho One OF Jacksonville

After leaving a message on a voiemail system, I received a call back the following day and was scheduled for my initial visit. Dr. George Bahri examined me and reviewd my MRI and recommended a knee replacement. He told me to call for a follow up appointment with his father a month or two before I wanted the surgery. I again had to leave a voice message. That was on a Monday. I didn't receive a return call, so I tried to reach the office that Wednesday and Thursfay. By Friday, I decided that I would choose another physician. It took 10 days before Ortho One called me back. I returned the call to advise that I had an appointment with someone else. Of course, I had to leave a message.

Dr. Rizk and his staff are friendly as well as professional. Dr. Rizk is approachable and has true concern for my recovery(which has gone very well). My infection is gone(I didn't lose my leg!) and I'm presently working on walking again.The sweet young ladies who greet me with a smile at every visit have always put me at ease. I have made several recommendations to friends about Ortho One!

You feel like you've known everyone in the office all your life. Dr. Rizk is amazing, God knows I wish I had went to him so much sooner! Awesome bedside manner. Listens to you, doesn't interrupt and when you're done, he tells you exactly what can or can't be done. He was not in a rush, he took his time, explaining what procedures/protocol had to be taken in order to fix a tear in my hip! So I am on the right path to finally be taken care of after 4 years of run around from other Dr's. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to you Dr. Rizk & your staff 😊😊
