I started out as a patient back in 2020 and got my braces off in the summer of 2023. Everyone from the front desk to the back was very nice and welcoming. Even if they weren’t taking care of you everyone would speak along the way to your chair. I missed the dog too lol. I came in today for retainers and didn’t get the same experience. There was no good morning or anything just what’s your name from the lady that was sitting at the desk as soon as you come in. When the tech (AA girl with glasses and short hair) called me back, she called my name and just walked off to the machine so fast. No hello, follow me,explaining what we’re about to do , or anything. When I got to the machine she told me to put my stuff down and position myself for the machine. I found out I was supposed to close my eyes when the machine said I could open my eyes. Maybe I just didn’t hear her. Good thing I closed my eyes for a short period of time anyway. When she finished with the machine she started walking off and asked was I there for retainers. I said yes and she turned around and said, “I didn’t know that”. Umm ok. Doc was great as always! The lady (Caucasian with an accent) that did my scans was nice as well. This place used to be very upbeat and welcoming. Thankfully, I’ll just be picking up my retainers in a couple weeks and won’t have to come back after that. The doctor is great!! Hopefully, the office staff won’t run off potential customers.
I love them so much! They’re very affordable, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend them 10/10. If you’ve always wanted to fix your smile but didn’t want to pay thousands of dollars, this is the place to go. I’ve referred several people to them, and they all love it too!
Got my braces within a week of consultation. Could have been sooner but my schedule didn’t allow. The staff was kind just like the doctor. Quick service. Never sat in the waiting area more than 7 mins. Took 30 mins for my top braces to be installed. I go back next month for the bottom. I love that I won’t be dealing with all the ‘soreness’ at once. Can’t wait to come back with an update. I was also given a discount for paying in full up front. I appreciated that. So far so good.
I had an excellent experience with my orthodontist! The service was fast, professional, and very efficient. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for braces or orthodontic treatment!
