Ortega Boulevard Dental

I needed a new dentist after my old one stopped accepting my insurance, and I’m so glad I found this one. The office has a beautiful, relaxing, beach ambience with full Jacksonville photo murals in every room. The staff and dentist (Dr. Hekkert) are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly and really listened. Pricing was shown upfront, and not after the fact which I liked. My teeth look 20 years younger. I only wish I had been coming here all along. Highly recommend!

I had a great first experience at this dental office. Pedro did my cleaning and was very thorough and gentle throughout the appointment. He also made periodic check-ins to ensure I wasn’t in any pain, which I really appreciated. Pedro also explained everything very well, including the cause and effect of my dental concerns, which helped me feel comfortable and informed during the visit. The rest of the staff I interacted with were very professional and made sure to clearly explain each procedure. That helped me understand my oral health better. Overall, this was my first visit and I left very happy and confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this office.

Rai Vaugh Rai Vaugh Rai Vaugh was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She has been the BEST hygienist I have had all my years of going to the dentist. The facility is so beautiful & clean. R went above and beyond for me. Gave me suggestions on what oral care is best for my teeth and what I have going on at the time. She was fast, but very thorough and I felt NO PAIN at all the entire cleaning. Dr. Eric was great as well as the rest of the staff!

Pedro was exceptional; I truly appreciated how he assisted me with my cleaning. He explained each step of the process and provided valuable feedback on various methods to maintain my teeth in a sparkling clean condition.
