Organic Nails

Had a great manicure by Tania, and an amazing leg and foot massage by Helen during my pedicure. Great service very friendly staff.

I have been a client at organic nails several years and I have a referred friends and family to this establishment as well. Last several services I’ve had done (builder gel manicures) my nails started to break & pop off within one to two weeks. Just went in to have my nails fixed (as we have an upcoming vacation) with Helen, the nail technician that I’ve always enjoyed, and she was very unfriendly. She rushed through my manicure and even cut the cuticle on one of my nails and I bled. My nails look sloppy and too short. Unfortunately, I will never set foot back in this nail salon again. My sister and my niece had similar experiences and they will never go back. I’m also concerned with the cleanliness of the tools they’re using as they just pop them back into a drawer and do not seem to be disinfecting properly. It’s a shame the quality of their services have greatly diminished. With so many quality nail salons in the area, I would be finding a new nail technician! Regarding my response from the salon, I DID NOT GIVE my consent to have my cuticles cut to where they bled. I called ahead of time and told them I had nails that needed to be fixed. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Andy is amazing, didn’t know there were spots in the feet that take pressure from your head!! Amazing! Clean, smells good, and very sanctuary feeling!! Great spa!! Good people!! Will be back!!
