Great experience for me. Mrs.Luz work hard to help me. I feel she deserves a 7(seven) rated. I enjoy working with Mrs. Luz.
I believe I made a good decision trusting Orbit Properties. They were professional and personalable.
I want to thank Orbit Properties and their team for helping my family move to our next chapter! Our home needed some repairs, but we needed to have a quick and smooth sale. Orbit Properties did what they said they would do which helped us so much. Thank you again for being honest and helping our family!
I wanted to sell my house because of the rise in frequency and intensity in hurricanes and Orbit made it really easy, I contacted Luz and set up a closing date and boom it was done. I got a fair price for the place and when the house we planned to buy fell through they were kind enough to hold off closing until I finally had a house. Thanks again Luz and Andres and y'all definitely deserve the 5 stars.
Luz is truly a genuine human being and working with her is a breeze. Her and her husband clearly want to do right by you and get your house sold as quickly as possible. I would refer them to anyone looking to sell their house.
