It was fine I guess. I'm glad theyre finding ways to thrive in the crisis of dying malls. Im not a fan of the violence that takes place, but what can you do? The place is still pretty gross and definitely could use a little love, but overall makes for a good time out if you need to walk around for an afternoon.
I felt very safe there. They had a lot of security and they were enforcing curfew to make sure minors were with an adult. Food court had several good food options, and the mall had a wide variety of shops. I highly recommend getting soft pretzel bites from Auntie Ann’s and a strawberry Lemonade from Charley’s Cheesesteaks.
Last week, I went into the Nike store to browse and the customer service was impeccable! All the workers assisted me and I had a great interaction with the cashier there (whom I believe was the manager!)
I hate that I have travel two hours on the bus, but I love this place. Great Mall!! It's never the same experience going, and it's always interesting to see what you find in any store.
They started a new policy where minors need to be with an adult. It's really annoying having to be IDed everytime I visit the mall just because I look young. Some of the security is nice but one guy harassed me for my ID even though i stepped out from the gate from inside the mall in front of him. I was already in the mall... no need to id me twice. Probably not going to come here anymore or often. A lot of the good stores closed anyways
