Orange Park Eye Center

The staff is always amazing when I first enter the Orange Park Eye Center as they greet me a warm welcome and smile. Usually I get a little nervous during my eye exams but Dr. Reiswig and her staff are very good in explaining all the exams and the reason they are important. Dr. Reiswig is always very professional with a bubbly personality and I appreciate her when it comes to enhancing my vision. They are truly awesome!

I have been coming here for at least 4 years. I have never had a bad experience, and EVERYONE here has top tier customer service! They treat you like family. They recognized me over a year after I had my second baby. They made sure my oldest son was comfortable - and was patient with him - during his first eye exam. It saddens me to move to a new city leaving behind such valuable and dependable services for me and my family, but best believe I will return if down south doesn’t meet my standards. Love yall!!!

I have been going to Orange Park Eye. Center for over 15 years. Dr Hoffman, both Karen and James, have done an exceptional job taking care of my eyes. Through all of my issues, they have always been there for me. The office staff is so friendly and just great to work with. I can’t express how grateful I am to have them. Thank you, Dr Hoffman and staff!! I love Orange Park Eye Center!!❤️

Initially, I had a bad experience. About 90 minuets after posting a review here I received a phone call from Juwana who is the office manager. She wanted to hear exactly what happened during my visit. We discussed my issues and she asked for the opportunity to turn the situation around. Juwana is genuinely a great person and has more than made up for the experience. So I am updating my review to 5 stars. Dr Hodges is great and after talking with Jawana, returning to the ofifice was a great experience. Thank you Orange Park Eye Center.
