Opulent Property Management

We had a fantastic time during our few week stay at the Wine Down property in Jax Beach. We were there for a few weeks and owners responded to our questions quickly, and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. The house was very clean upon arrival and the pool was ready to go! Location was incredible! We enjoyed walking to local coffee shops, an ice cream shop, smoothie shop, restaurants, and other stores to shop. There is so much to do within a 10 min or under drive; parks, restaurants, the beach, stores, etc. We swam in the pool almost every day and loved the turf in the backyard. There was plenty of comfortable seating for people to lounge in the backyard. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook regularly. We loved having a child high chair provided for my youngest. They also provided a pack n play with a top bassinet attachment. I very much appreciated the lack of breakable decor at child level; didn’t feel like I was running around the house telling the kids not to touch things. Bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of room for the pack n plays. Everyone loved the playroom. It was a great space for lounging while kids of all ages can play. They had a nice variety of pool and beach toys as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you for being great hosts!

We rented this property twice, once to kick off summer in June and again to close it out in October, and both stays were amazing! Our group of seven adults, two kids, and an infant fit perfectly; it’s such a great family house. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully kept. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit in the late afternoons to roast marshmallows and make s’mores. Kel is incredibly responsive and has such a positive, welcoming vibe, she truly makes the experience feel effortless. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at the Jacksonville Beach property. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. Equiped with everything we needed, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Shoutout to the property management, who were very attentive and helpful with any question that we had. Given the chance I would definitely stay at this place again.
