Nearly 100% worthless. The overwhelming majority were completely unprepared to assist with transition to Epic. They crowded our workspace, interrupted work flow, and took lengthy (half the day not even being available) breaks playing on their phones. They would ask us to explain to them what we were doing. They lacked any understanding of the application of the system for use in an active healthcare setting. They repeatedly gave wrong information or guidance as a result of their ignorance. Optimum optimized the aggravation of a very poor roll out.
Worst company I've ever worked with. Project manager had a huge problem with me directly, only cause I called her out on a holiday.
Submitted an application, interviewed with 2 different recruiters, took a long “behavioral and personality” assessment. I was very interested in this company and it seemed like things were going well. I was told I would receive feedback within a week if I got the job. A month goes by , I’ve sent multiple emails asking for status updates and I was ghosted. Was emailed back a month later that the posisition was filled. If I didn’t reach out multiple times I feel like I would’ve certainally been ghosted.
Poor leadership and behavior by Service Now Manager. How does one lead others when they cannot manage their own behavior?
