Open Road Mobile RV Repair

Had Mario from Open Road RV recaulk our RV roof & side rails on our 2008 Winnebago Outlook Class C 31ft. He was excellent! Did an excellent job! We couldn’t climb up top but he took pictures & showed us that he had done! Thank you Mario you’re a good man!

We needed help with our RVs toilet system. I was able to get an appointment right away. We were notified when our technician was on his way. Mario showed up on time and got to work. He was able to identify the problem and get the part ordered. He showed up a few days later when the part arrived and installed it. Our toilets have been working great ever since. He was very friendly and we felt informed through out the entire process. This is our second time using Open Road Mobile RV Repair and it is a great service. We would definitely recommend. Thanks Mario and Open Road, we really appreciate it :)

I just recently purchased a 2018 class A motorhome. We had a few issues that we wanted resolved, but was getting nowhere with the dealership. As a last resort, we reached out to Open Road Mobile RV Repair. At first I was skeptical, because I thought that mobile RV service would be very expensive, but found their services to be very affordable! I was totally blown away by the skill level and confidence that this young lady exhibited! Morgan was kind and courteous and explained every aspect of what needed to be done to repair our unit. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had in terms of service performed on my current RV or any that I've had in the past. I would highly recommend Morgan for any maintenance, repairs or servicing that needs to be done on your RV!

My RV lost all power and all systems were down. I call Mobile RV Repair and they sent a Technician out within 1hr. The technician they sent out was very thorough and tested all of my high and low voltage systems. It was not an easy troubleshooting process due to all systems checked out fine but the RV still had no power. Morgan (RV Technician) did more research and found I had a bad solenoid that was keeping power from getting to my control panel. The part had to be ordered and to assist in making my Wife happy and to get the power back on Morgan was able to engineer a temporary solution so the RV powered back up. Part was ordered and was shipped and Morgan just came back out after receiving the part and installed it and left within 30 minutes from arrival. We are very pleased with our service from the main office support and the onsite technical expertise. I recommend using Open Road Mobile RV Repair if you run into an issue outside of your technical abilities.
