It would be 5 ⭐ but we have one vehicle in the shop and the backup has no AC so it was a very hot ride to be told it would be next Friday. At least they can do it by computer but a phone call would have been sufficient. I would definitely recommend them. 🇺🇸⚓
This company is truly the worst when it comes to helping people. You are better off allowing yourself to go broke than taking a loan out from them. They will charge your account when it shouldn’t be charged and will want you to provide proof to them that the charge went through. Everyone from the managers to loan advisors are incompetent and this is just truly and awful experience. Avoid at all costs!!!
The manager, Casey, has been extremely unprofessional. I’ve been a One Main customer for years, but I cannot recommend this branch because of her behavior. She comes across as condescending and shows little concern for customers. It’s disappointing when a new hire demonstrates more professionalism than management.
This company is absolutely worthless!!!! Applied for a loan with them sent in at least six separate pay stubs. They keep telling me they're going to call me back when I call up the office nobody calls me back. End up having to call back myself the next day. Now come to find out they tell me my application is expired even though when I talked to them yesterday I sent my pay stub in again. This company just likes to give you the runaround!!!!
I have been a customer with One Main for years. I would NEVER recommend this branch to anyone because of the manager. She is condescending and lacks concern for the customers. It is sad when a new hire there is more professional than management.
