Nick Linser and his team are terrific. Nick sold us our house 9 years ago, and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism, high energy, and competence. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years, we have referred him to friends who were buying or selling homes, and he has always done a great job. You can count on him for a deep knowledge of the local real estate market. Recently we engaged him to sell a lot for us, and it sold in record time. He has great local connections and gives great advice.

Proceed with caution if you're looking at 64 Carrera. Lucia Fernandez represented this property without sellers (Chris Gemmell) disclosure of extensive fire damage to the attic of the main house despite having done a complete renovation. Be sure the structure has been repaired sufficiently before you offer or provide any escrow.

Regarding Agent Kea Blalock and the brokerage, I will say they did an outstanding job for my wife and I had especially for us being out of state. Kea acted for us in such a professional way and made things easy and comfortable. Any future transactions will definitely include her as our first choice as well as the agency .

Once again, Joe Hattin and his team have scored for my business partners and I. Our rental unit was only empty for 1 week between tenants and Joe found a perfect match, both for the renter and for us.
