ONE Sotheby's International Realty

(Roleks Group) Roberta Gjeloshaj, and Aleksander Pervaza was a realtor my parents had suggested I used to help me buy my first home. Beware!! They are not people you want to trust in helping you find and negotiate for a home. They always suggest paying full price to get the home and then when you do get the home they do not do any negotiations for repairs and fixes that need to take place. The home I purchased had a list of things that needed to be repaired. Roberta and Alek withheld all information from me about the repairs that were supposed to have taken place. I found out after I had closed the deal that none of the repairs on my list the seller agreed to repair were fixed. (Roberta and Alek) Promised me they would not let anyone take advantage of me. I should have known they would take advantage of my ignorance themselves just to make the sale. In the end I was forced to take on the cost of all repairs that the seller agreed to take care of. Roberta and Alek were not looking out for my best interest they only cared about their commission. Throughout the whole process they assured me they were going to protect me as their client from any loss in money or bad deals. If I had known that the repairs were not complete I would have never closed my deal until the repairs were completed by the seller. I tried to contact Roberta and Alek after the sale talk have a conversation with them to see if it was possible to hold the sellers liable for the fixes since they signed a repair list document. In the middle of my conversation with Roberta she asked me what I was going to do about it 3 times and then hung up, as if there was nothing I can do since I already closed on the house. I strongly advise against using Roberta and Alek as realtor agents, they are wolves in sheep's clothing. Life lesson learned people you hire are only looking out for themselves.

RoLeks Group Realtors - Very disappointed with the misinformation that this seller's realtor shared on a property that I was interested in. They gave the impression that they were in sync with the seller and it turned out that they mislead us big time. Clearly this is a place where real estate integrity went to die.
