Byron was so helpful getting me set up for my first ever storage unit. The facility is clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. Plus they were offering the first two months free, and the monthly rate after that was very fair and affordable. Highly recommend for your storage needs!
Went to the opening of the new building in St Augustine in front of Palencia on Route 1. Beautiful facility. Everyone there was extremely helpful and professional. Kieth helped me by showing me different units so that I got the size I need. He was extremely patient as I looked at and priced a few different units. Ended up getting a 5x10. Kieth also made the checkout process a breeze. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility!!
Very friendly to work with. Prices much more reasonable than others. Excellent security and lighting with 24/7 access. Clean, clean, clean!
I had to move unexpectedly and didn't have the room for all my things. Byron was not only sypathetic to my situation, but he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of quickly. He was super helpful in getting my unit reserved and he walked me through everything with detail. He showed me where my unit was, helped me with getting a dolly and unloading some of my things to get them where they needed to be (I am disabled and can't do a whole lot on my own). He also went with me to walk me through how to use the gate and was patient with me for all the questions I had. The facility is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there really isn't anything complicated about how their rentals work. There are plenty of security cameras and I feel my stuff is secure here. Thank you for making what was a very stressful situation a lot easier on me, Byron! I will recommend this facility to anyone I know needing storage.
Very professional and welcoming staff. I moved out a little over a year later and they still knew my name and wished me well. Very pleasant experience
