To whom it may concern, I am beyond disgusted with the transportation service provided by One Call Care. I was left outside, standing and waiting for OVER AN HOUR after surgery, in pain and physically uncomfortable, while your company repeatedly lied to me over the phone. I received FOUR different calls telling me the driver would arrive “in 2 minutes.” Every single call said the exact same thing. None of it was true. Making a post-surgery patient stand outside waiting for over an hour is not just incompetent — it is cruel, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Your company showed absolutely no respect for my condition, my time, or my health. The communication was dishonest, the coordination was a disaster, and the entire experience was humiliating. No patient recovering from surgery should ever be treated this way. I will be sharing this experience publicly on review platforms and with anyone involved in my medical case because people deserve to know exactly how unreliable and irresponsible your service is. WARNING TO OTHERS: DO NOT USE ONE CALL CARE. If you depend on this company for transportation after a medical procedure, expect delays, misinformation, and complete disregard for your wellbeing. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Absolutely unacceptable.
I was contacted by OneCall to provide spinal decompression for a workers' compensation patient. I provided the service, and billed it the day it was provided. It took eight weeks to receive remittance advice (treatment had concluded) only to have the specific procedure OneCall requested be denied. I resubmitted the claim as mechanical traction to have that denied as previously processed. There has been zero response from the coordinators who sought the care. Attempting to contact claims results in being routed to an offshore third party administrator who claims "I can't hear you" on four occasions and then hangs up. Absolutely atrocious dumpster fire of an organization.
0 stars. I was scheduled for, and got a confirmation text for an appointment, that was FOUR HOURS after the imaging center closed. Then I got a call from a DIFFERENT location attempting to charge me for a missed appointment because One Call decided to reschedule my appointment to a different location without telling me.
Please do not wfh for this company! They cover everything with big words and values only to be quick to fire you or micromanage ! I can’t speak for environment in the building but me and 2 of my people have worked here for months and they let us all go over time with no clear reason. One was even fire false termination, one fired after 9 years for wording something wrong and one after 3 years after mistakenly forgetting to log out of something.. they don’t take the necessary time with you and will terminate you FAST.. just be careful with this job or use it for temporary purposes!!! They don’t want good workers eager to learn and who take pride in their job!! My only regret is not taking it up higher !! The long standing ones protect each other. Make sure you document and screenshot everything and involve HR in some cc’s. They don’t take the necessary times and steps! Everything is about numbers, values and such.. they don’t go in the alleys of their workers journey!! best of luck!!!
I called into OneCall for my elderly coworker who needed help with an MRI. Mr.Josh was very helping. The call was clear, quick & sufficient . I wasn’t put on hold forever like most companies do. Most people forget to leave positive reviews so I wanted to make it my business to. 10/10
