On my first visit I sold a very nice Finding Nemo Explorer Bouncer, wooden walker with activities and a box of new/ once worn clothes some of which were brand name. My baby is 1 and outgrew many baby items pretty quickly. I didn't like that they picked parts of sets instead of taking the entire set (took the onesies or dress shirts and not the pants/accessories to match or took pants/shorts and not the matching onesies ). The items were clean and in storage so untouched for several months. My last visit I took a BabyTrend Elite nursery center ( play yard, removable bassinet(velvet material) with night light soothing sounds and changing table with safety net). I took it to this location after getting an offer from the Atlantic Blvd location of $18. The cashier explained they look up retail value on Walmart and then of course calculate 70% of that for an offer. I bought it from Amazon for $200 so I wanted to see if this location would give a different offer. Well, I was told that they couldn't accept it because the play mat had "grease" stains. My thoughts were why would "grease" be in a baby’s play yard? Why would you comment that specific thing? It seemed a bit r. I told the guy that was odd because other location didn't mention any stains and if that were the case I'm sure an offer wouldn't have been made. He then proceeded to tell me that when the light reflected a certain way you could see it. Another employee just so happened to come behind while asking him a question and had a puzzled look on her face while looking at the play mat. For a few dollars you're better off donating or selling it yourself.

Ive sold here quit a bit. Some offers good some offers horrible.. but anyway. 1 odd thing happend about 2 weeks ago. I brought in a baby swing because i dont use it and its probably been used a few times so its practically new... apon checking in the lady asks a guy and if can look it over before they check it in. He makes sur eit works looks for stains... he said looks good yes... fast forward to pickup they said they didnt want it because it wasnt working "properly" which i thought was odd. Because it works like new perfectly fine.... fast forward about 2 weeks i pull it out to use it for my daughter. And its not turning on? Odd..... i look at the batteries... alll 6 D batteries are GONE? The only place that its been at other than my house is once upon a child... 😒 Wondering why that happend.
The worst OUAC I’ve ever been to out of 4 different states. They forgot to give me my 15% off. Which would have equaled $9. So instead she gave me a $2 off coupon. 🤣 They also do not take bags of any kind which is strange cause all of the ones I’ve been to have taken them. They had no toys and still didn’t purchase my new Minnie Mouse toys? No idea why. They work perfect and were purchased from Sam’s Club. Definitely save your time and sell on marketplace or have a garage sale. Or go to Moon babies in Fleming Island.
This is my favorite Once Upon a Child location! The store is well organized and well stocked with very reasonably priced kids' clothing. The organization of their books is a work of art. And bonus, they have fun music playing everytime I'm in. :)
Never coming back here ever again ! Workers are rude to customers especially on Sundays, wish this place closed and not the one that recently just closed 😑 cause it shows yall can't handle buisness without being prude. Also, half yalls clothing has holes, stains or missing pieces but expect us buyers to pay new price. Yall are scamming!
