I had a great experience thanks to Niquann and the team! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Niquann had a great attitude, was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. The service was super fast, and all of the workers were helpful and efficient. It's refreshing to receive such excellent service. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the great job Niquann and the team did!
Best office, very helpful, very fast! Second time using them, came in & left out cash in hand less than 20 minutes! 100% recommend. Ask for Joshua & Niquann.
I rode 40 mins and no one was there !!!! The place is showing open online and doesn’t close to 6pm but no one was there. Highly upset and pissed off for the day.
10/10 service across the board. Niquann was very helpful and answered any questions I had right away no hesitation. I would use this service again in the future.
I have had eighteen loans with Omni Financial since 2000. I have never had an issue with them. The staff is helpful and even when I couldn't get a loan, they were always courteous. As a veteran, i highly recommend them.
