OMEGA Boutique - St. John's Town Center

Love Omega and their people. Best customer service, hands down. My bracelet got stuck on my wrist and they got it off and sent it for service. Got it back today and there was no charge for a replacement clasp. I am very happy!

I cannot put into words how much I love this place. The first time I walked in was right after work one day. Dirty paint stained jeans, gunk under my nails, hadn't shaved for a while, and looked an absolute mess. Tia as well as the entire staff treat all the same be you in a tux, or tank top and flip flops. Nelson and the staff there are beyond average when it comes to people skills, and having high level of knowledge on products, and service. Ive been judged by appearance at places like Rolex, Tiffany, Tag, even down to Jared, and Kay. All the others disappoint.here at Omega in town center they always ask if you'd like a water, or even an espresso. I mightve been considering my next watch to be the Tag Day/Date that was just released, but with service at the Omega boutique I can assure you my next watch will be another Omega, and will be purchased here. 5 stars to the moon, and back!

She took the time to not only show me every configuration of the specific pieces I was interested in, but also just to make conversation to make anyone feel at ease in a luxury brand establishment.
