Ombre Salon

I visited this salon for the first time today. Overall the experience was good and I feel like my stylist did a good job with my hair. During my shampoo process I felt the back of my shirt become soaking wet but I didn’t say anything because I thought “whatever it’s just water, it’ll dry.” I was really sad to realize after going home that one of my favorite t-shirts was completely damaged from the hair bleach. I’m embarrassed that I stopped by Publix on my way home and walked around the store with my shirt looking like an ugly mess of bleach unbeknownst to me. I’m not sure if the stylist noticed it when I got up but she chose not to say anything to me, but it was very obvious. I’ve never had this happen at any salon I’ve used in the past. I usually wear tops I don’t care about to hair salons for this reason but let my guard down this time because my shirts have always been unharmed at previous salons. Overall decent haircut and eyebrow wax experience, just warning others to make sure you don’t wear anything you care about because the shampoo process can be a bit messy here comparative to other salons. Wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else. :(

Nancy was amazing! This was my first visit. Just moved here and wanted to try a new stylist which can be scary. She took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns. She also studied my inspiration photos for the cut I wanted. And boy did she deliver it. It was very expensive but worth it. I’m so happy and I WILL be back, thank you!

I have been a client at ombré for 3 years. I have been so happy. My hair is healthy and happy. I love the atmosphere and all of the staff are so fun and nice. I almost don’t want to share the name of my stylist because she’s so great and then everyone will want her! But Tatiana is amazing. I have a ton of hair, natural curly and it’s THICK and wild. Tatiana can tame it and color it perfect. A great salon!
