My experience with O'Malley Realty was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. For months, I had to repeatedly beg for information regarding our lease renewal. The lack of proactive communication was appalling. Only when I pressed them again, with exactly 60 days remaining on our lease, did they finally inform us that the property owners were not renewing. This late notice created significant stress and upheaval for my family. Adding insult to injury, the staff were consistently unkind and unhelpful throughout this process. When I requested more details about the non-renewal, I was met with resistance and vague responses. Furthermore, when I asked if they could delay showing the property for two weeks to allow my family sufficient time to move (a five-person household, no less), they were incredibly rude and dismissive. O'Malley Realty demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Their poor communication, disregard for their tenants' needs, and overall rudeness made an already stressful situation significantly worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this company to look elsewhere.

I’d like to give a review as a former/retired agent with O’Malley Real Estate. It was both an honor and privilege to work with John. I was impressed by both his professionalism and knowledge.

John was a true class act to work with. In deciding where we wanted to live he was extremely good with communication. He was very courteous through the video tour as well. I’d rent from him in the future if the opportunity presented itself.
