Having your home hit by a tornado is devastating and traumatic. The aftermath is overwhelming. I was unaware that Olympus had this Elite Repair Program and I was concerned that I did not have a choice to look at different bids and choose my own general contractor. However, from the first phone call with Olympus and their contractor Rellim Contracting I was reassured that I was in good hands. My adjuster Skye was great at communicating and making sure my concerns were met. Zoe at Rellim knows what she is doing. She kept the subs inline and on time. My experience with both Olympus and Rellim made this horrible situation a bit more bearable.
After the hurricane, through our Olympus insurance we had our roof and gutters done. The company Rellim did an amazing job! Fast and efficient. 5 stars !!!!! Zoe, was the friendly voice I heard every time I called. She went above and beyond. Very professional and get all of the questions answered and problems solved
I cant express how happy I am with the results of Olympus Insurance for my hurricane damage. It started out a little slow and I’m sure it was from the volume of claims they were handling however I always received a call back. I was most impressed that they assigned me with a roofer by the name of Baldwin Roofing. I was placed in the Elite Repair Program at Baldwin Roofing. They were excellent to work with from the office person Michelle Gumble who was amazing to the supervisor on site and the actual roofing crew. The project was done quickly and they cleaned up every day. I had a small issue with the roof and they were very quick to take care of it. I would highly recommend Olympus Insurance and Baldwin Roofing.
The tear off crew was very professional and made sure the site was cleaned up every day. Couldn’t ask for a better tear off crew. Extremely happy with the installation crew they did an excellent job. We are very happy with the way they trimmed out around the fireplace and the way they installed the vents. We highly recommend Rellim roofing Company.
