It’s exactly like the reviews say! 100% true... the rooms were horrible! The service was even worse... I had a problem and needed to stay there—paying for it, too—yet the customer service was still terrible. Everyone there—from the cleaning staff to the receptionist—was awful. I hope I never have to go back to such an unpleasant place

Harry and his team are great the rates are relatively reasonable. It’s right off the interstate. Not too far from town. They do not have a pool, but do offer a breakfast in the lobby from 6-9. They have coin operated washer and dryer for guest use. Free parking.

Very disappointing experience. We had a reservation for one night, but as soon as we entered the room and saw the condition of the bed, we had to leave immediately. The mattress protector was extremely dirty with visible stains, which is completely unacceptable. Because of this, we could not stay and had to find another place to sleep. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel. I do not recommend this place.

During our 3-night stay we ran into issue after issue. First, when we arrived there was no one at the check-in window. We waited around 20 minutes before someone finally came out from one of the hotel rooms (I watched him come out as my partner was checking us in). I already knew there would be a pet fee, but we were surprised to learn it was $20 per day. We were also looking forward to using the pool, only to find out it had been completely filled in. This was never mentioned anywhere on the website. When we finally got to our room, things only got worse. The floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the AC barely worked, and the TV was stuck on a tiny, low-resolution display. On top of that, the staff was extremely unfriendly and had terrible customer service the entire time. On our last night, the power went out. When we went to the front desk to ask what was going on, we were met with responses like “How would we know why the power is out?” and “Dunno” when we asked when it might be back on. We had a 6-month-old puppy with us and there was no way we could stay in a room with no AC, no lights, and no power at all. We ended up booking another hotel that same night, which had far better customer service and was actually clean. The next morning we returned to check out and make sure we hadn’t left anything behind (since it had been pitch black when we left). I asked about a partial refund and was told, “Ma’am, it wasn’t our fault the power went out,” as if it somehow was our fault instead. After I pointed out that it wasn’t our fault either, I was told they couldn’t help me and that I would have to contact the third-party service I booked through. I told them that service had better customer support anyway and left to call Expedia. The hotel would only agree to refund half a day, claiming the power was only out for a few hours. A few hours overnight is still unacceptable to expect people to sleep through—especially in Florida where it’s still around 90 degrees at night without AC. Do not book here. This was an awful experience and a complete waste of money. Honestly, I would rather sleep in my car next time than ever step foot on this property again. I’m genuinely surprised this place is even allowed to stay open.
