I went to visit this herbal shop for the first time today. I was excited that I finally made it into town to visit, after hearing good things about this shop. The owner was in the middle of a class,so that should of been my sign to leave but I Iive a good distance away and didnt want to waste more gas. When asking the daughter, who was at the register, questions about things in the shop,she did not know anything and stated she was not into this stuff. So poor customer service and no help. First impression I give a 0. Even with that poor customer service , I still made a purchase.
I went in today. What a quaint little shop and packed full of wonderful herbs. Alex did an amazing job of packaging all of my selections, which were many! I will be a frequent buyer. Came home and sent new people up. I will get the word out for sure. So happy to have an Apothecary open close to home. Thank you for a job well done! Mrs. Janet
After my initial consultation, I was excited to start my health journey to a healthier, happier me. It is amazing the knowledge, care and compassion Mrs. Jessica shares. It's amazing to have hope again! If you are not getting the answers you need from traditional means, please give her a call! I never thought it would be possible for me to live without having to take 10-8 different medications for the rest of my life.(plus the extra medications for flare-ups, side affects, interactions, allergic reactions, ect.. my body shut down, stopped absorbing any nutrients.) In a big way she saved my life and gave me hope again! Thank you, for everything Mrs. Jessica!
